frutra is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Use as a consumer is not permitted.

By confirming upon registration of my user account, I declare that I use frutra exclusively in the exercise of a trade, business or profession, either as an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB or for a company that is an entrepreneur within that meaning. This also applies if I create the company only after registration or join a company that is already registered.

The confirmation is recorded together with the user account, time, language and version. If a company is already assigned to the user account at that time, the company is recorded as well. The confirmation may be taken into account when the company is verified. It is not consent under data protection law.

This confirmation does not declare any authority to represent a company. Authority to represent the company in accepting the price plan is declared separately by the person who accepts the price plan for the company.
