Scale of fees

1. Registration and membership

Registration and membership on frutra is free.

2. Fee for purchase

For every purchase contract concluded on frutra, each seller is obliged to pay frutra GbR one percent of the purchase net price (excluding VAT) as a fee. The statutory VAT is added to the fee.

3. Deviations in the performance of the contract

Should there be deviations in the fulfillment of the purchase contract concluded on frutra with respect to the agreed quantity or the agreed purchase price (smaller quantity, lower price), this does not affect the amount of the fee according to section 2.

4. Other fees or charges

Other fees or charges are not charged.
